1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the StockTradersData.com website and purchasing any of our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and business partners who access or use our services.

2. Services Description

TraderDataProvider provides curated stock trader databases for business-to-business (B2B) use. Our services include the sale and delivery of categorized trader contact lists covering segments such as Equity, Intraday, Futures & Options (F&O), Commodity/MCX, High Net Worth Individual (HNI), and Fresh/Active trader data. Databases are delivered in Excel or CSV format via WhatsApp or email.

We also offer supplementary services including web design, digital marketing, and bulk SMS services for advisory firms and financial services companies. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3. Data Usage Policy

All trader databases purchased from TraderDataProvider are licensed for the buyer's internal business use only. You may use the data for telecalling, SMS marketing, email outreach, and other legitimate business communication purposes related to financial advisory, brokerage, or related services.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the purchased data with any third party without prior written consent from TraderDataProvider. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of services and legal action. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of purchased data complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to TRAI regulations on unsolicited commercial communications and any applicable data protection legislation.

4. Payment Terms

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required before data delivery. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), and online payment links shared through WhatsApp after order confirmation.

Volume discounts are available for orders exceeding specified quantities as listed on our pricing page. Custom pricing for orders above 50,000 leads is available upon request. All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp, and a payment link or bank details are shared upon confirmation. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the data file has been delivered. We do not offer refunds on delivered datasets. However, we stand behind the quality of our data and offer the following remedies:

  • If the delivered data does not match the segment, state, or specifications you ordered, we will replace the dataset at no additional cost within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If you identify a significant number of duplicate records within the delivered file, contact us within 48 hours and we will provide replacement records.
  • Free sample data is available before purchase so you can evaluate data quality before committing to a paid order.

Claims for data quality issues must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (screenshots, call-attempt logs, etc.). We reserve the right to evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

TraderDataProvider provides data on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to verify data accuracy and freshness, we do not guarantee that every record in any delivered dataset will be accurate, active, or reachable at the time of use. Contact details may change after our last verification cycle, and response rates depend on multiple factors including your calling approach, timing, and service offering.

In no event shall TraderDataProvider, its owners, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or data, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
